American Broadcasting Company (disingkat ABC) merupakan stasiun televisi dan radio Amerika Serikat yang didirikan pada tahun 1943 dengan terpecah dari jaringan radio NBC Blue Network. ABC dimiliki oleh The Walt Disney Company dan merupakan bagian dari Disney-ABC Television Group, sebelumnya ABC-TV. ABC mulai disiarkan di TV pada tahun 1948. Kantor pusat perusahaannya terletak di Manhattan, New York City, sementara departemen-departemen rencananya berbasis di Burbank, California, dekat Studio Walt Disney dan kantor pusat perusahaan The Walt Disney Company. ABC merupakan jaringan TV yang paling sering ditonton pada tahun 2008.
