Kardinal Yves Marie Joseph Congar (lahir 8 April 1904, meninggal 22 Juni 1995) adalah seorang pastor dan teolog Dominikan asal Prancis. Ia merupakan salah seorang teolog yang paling berpengaruh pada abad ke-20 dalam bidang Gereja dan ekumenisme dan juga memengaruhi pemikiran Paus Yohanes Paulus II sejak tahun 1946. Ia sangat aktif dalam gerakan ekumenis dan menjadi orang Katolik pertama yang secara serius menyumbangkan pemikirannya dalam diskusi ilmiah dalam bidang ini. Oleh Vatikan, di bawah Paus Pius XII, Congar pernah dilarang mengajar atau menerbitkan tulisan untuk sementara waktu. Ia menerbitkan tulisan-tulisannya yang menyangkut bidang yang sangat luas, termasuk Maria, ekaristi, pelayanan awam, dan Roh Kudus. Ia pun menerbitkan buku hariannya yang berisi pengalamannya selama Konsili Vatikan II. Ia diangkat menjadi Kardinal pada 1994.
