Templat:Infobox settlement/doc

Templat ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan Kotak Info untuk permukiman manusia (perkotaan dan perdesaan) serta distrik administratif lainnya, kabupaten, provinsi, dan lain-lain—bahkan, setiap subdivisi di bawah tingkat suatu negara, yang mana templat {{Infobox country}} harus digunakan alih-alih. Parameter akan dijelaskan di bawah. Silakan ajukan pertanyaan di halaman pembicaraan.

Untuk pembagian administratif Indonesia yang bersifat resmi, jangan gunakan templat ini. Gunakan {{Kotak info provinsi Indonesia}} untuk provinsi, atau {{Kotak info Dati II Indonesia}} untuk kabupaten/kota.

Penggunaan

• Penting: Harap masukkan semua nilai numerik dengan cara mentah dan tidak diformat. Referensi dan {{butuh rujukan}} perlu diberikan di parameter . Angka yang bukan "mentah" akan menghasilkan galat, karena akan otomatis terformat.
• Kesalahan ekspresi juga dapat terjadi ketika parameter koordinat memiliki nilai, tetapi satu atau beberapa parameter koordinat kosong atau tidak valid.

Templat dasar di bawah ini siap untuk disalin dan ditempel. Lihat tabel di bawah ini untuk deskripsi lengkap dari setiap parameter.
