Eliot Stannard

Eliot Stannard (1 Maret 1888 – 21 November 1944) adalah seorang penulis naskah dan sutradara Inggris. Ia adalah putra dari pasangan insinyur sipil Arthur Stannard dan novelis kelahiran Yorkshire Henrietta Eliza Vaughan Palmer. Stannard menulis skenario untuk lebih dari 80 film antara 1914 dan 1933, termasuk delapan film garapan Alfred Hitchcock. Ia juga menyutradarai lima film. Pada awal 1920an, ia mengerjakan sebagian besar skenario untuk Ideal Film Company, salah satu studio film bisu utama di Inggris.
