The Naked and the Dead (film)
The Naked and the Dead adalah sebuah film layar lebar Technicolor tahun 1958 yang berdasarkan pada novel Perang Dunia II tahun 1948 karya Norman Mailer The Naked and the Dead.[2] Disutradarai oleh Raoul Walsh dan difilmkan di Panama, skenarionya diurus oleh Sanders bersaudara yang menambahkan adegan tari telanjang dan laga pada narasi asli Mailer. Sebagai salah satu film terakhir yang dibuat oleh RKO sebelum penutupannya, film tersebut dirilis oleh Warner Bros. dan merupakan film terakhir yang disutradarai oleh Raoul Walsh untuk studio tersebut.
