Ryazhenka atau ryazhanka (Ukraina: ряжaнка, bahasa Rusia: ряженка; IPA: [ˈrʲaʐɨnkə])[2] adalah sebuah produk susu fermentasi tradisional di Belarusia, Rusia, dan Ukraina.[3][4][5] Minuman tersebut terbuat dari susu panggang lewat fermentasi asam laktat.[6]
