Cimol this snack is said to have originated from the city of Tasikmalaya and was introduced to Bandung in 2001. This snack is from Aci di Gemol which means Aci or starch flour and is made round. Cimol is sold on the roadside like cilok, the difference between the two is that Cilok uses beef/chicken/bite, while Cimol doesn't use meat in it at all.[1]
