Paul Vinogradoff

Sir Paul Gavrilovitch Vinogradoff FBA (bahasa Rusia: Па́вел Гаври́лович Виногра́дов, transliterated: Pavel Gavrilovich Vinogradov; 18 November 1854 (Kalender Julian) – 19 Desember 1925) adalah seorang sejarawan dan medievalis Rusia dan Britania Raya.

Kehidupan awal

Vinogradoff lahir di Kostroma dan dididik di gimnasium lokal dan Universitas Moskwa, dimana ia belajar sejarah di bawah bimbingan Vasily Klyuchevsky. Setelah lulus pada 1875, ia mendapatkan beasiswa untuk meneruskan pendidikannya di Berlin, dimana ia belajar di bawah bimbingan Theodor Mommsen dan Heinrich Brunner.
