Newton Diehl Baker Jr. (3 Desember 1871 – 25 Desember 1937) adalah seorang pengacara, Georgist,[1] politikus, dan pejabat pemerintahan Amerika Serikat. Ia menjabat sebagai walikota Cleveland, Ohio ke-37 dari 1912 sampai 1915. Saat menjadi Menteri Perang Amerika Serikat dari 1916 sampai 1921, Baker memimpin United States Army pada Perang Dunia I.
