Menurut informasi [[Mario Scaramella]] dua puluh torpedo nuklir ranjau laut yang diduga oleh [[Badan Tenaga Atom Internasional|Badan Energi Atom Internasional]] telah diletakkan pada tanggal 10 januari 1970, oleh Soviet November kelas [[Kapal selam serbu|serangan kapal selam]], di Teluk Napoli di waktu perang untuk menghancurkan atau menolak akses ke AS Keenam Armada.
