'''Harmoni Injil''' atau '''keselarasan Injil''' merupakan suatu upaya untuk mengkompilasi [[Injil kanonik|Injil-Injil kanonik]] [[Kristen]] menjadi satu laporan tunggal.<ref name=Cox3/> Upaya ini dapat berupa satu format naratif gabungan ataupun tabel dengan kolom-kolom untuk masing-masing Injil, secara teknis dikenal sebagai "'''sinopsis'''", kendati kata 'harmoni' seringkali digunakan untuk keduanya.<ref name=Cox3/> Harmoni-harmoni tersebut dibuat untuk membangun suatu [[kronologi kehidupan Yesus|kronologi peristiwa-peristiwa]] dalam kehidupan [[Yesus]] sebagaimana digambarkan dalam Injil-Injil kanonik, untuk lebih memahami hubungan antara satu laporan dengan yang lainnya, atau untuk menyusun peristiwa-peristiwa dalam kehidupan Yesus.<ref name=Cox18/>
Pembuatan harmoni senantiasa digemari oleh para akademisi yang lebih konservatif.
