Echiura, atau cacing sendok, adalah sekelompok kecil hewan laut. Setelah diperlakukan sebagai filum terpisah, mereka sekarang secara universal dianggap merepresentasikan cacing annelida terderivasi.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] Echiura menjadi fosil dengan buruk dan diketahui spesimen awal adalah dari Upper Carboniferous (Pennsylvanian). Namun, U-berbentuk liang fosil yang bisa merupakan Echiura telah ditemukan dari periode Kambrium.
