Fegley lahir pada tanggal 29 Januari 2009, di Allentown, Pennsylvania,[6] putra dari Michael Fegley dan Mercedes "Merce" (née Tonne) Fegley.[7][8] Dia adalah adik dari Oakes Fegley, juga seorang aktor.[9]
