Titarubi, nama lengkap Rubiati Puspitasari (lahir 15 Desember 1968) adalah seniman dengan latar belakang seni keramik yang kemudian mengambangkan karya-karyanya dengan medium beragam. Tita mulai berpameran tahun 1988, sejak masih di bangku kuliah dan pada tahun 2008 mendirikan Indonesia Contemporary Art Network (iCAN) bersama dengan Enin Supriyanto.[1] Karya-karyanya telah dipamerkan di Paviliun Indonesia di Venice Biennale 2013, Singapore Arts Museum, ZKM Center for Art and Media di Jerman, National Gallery of Singapore, Singapore Biennale, Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory of Australia, Busan Biennale Sculpture Project di Korea Selatan, Museo d'€™Arte Contemporanea di Italia dan banyak tempat lainnya.[2]

iCan (Indonesia Contemporary Art Network) merupakan sebuah lembaga seni rupa yang bekerja antar disiplin ilmu dan pendidikan publik. Dengan menyelenggarakan diskusi, pameran, pertunjukan, memberikan dukungan bagi penulis dan penerbitan penerbitan buku serta menyelenggarakan workshop bagi seniman dan komunitas. Titarubi, dan Enin Supriyanto merasa perlu adanya peningkatan wacana dalam dunia seni. iCan bekerja membentuk jaringan, mengembangkan dialog dan kerja sama yang kritis di antara elemen seni rupa kontemporer Indonesia, mengorganisasi pameran, serta mendorong perkembangan penelitian dan kritik seni. Lembaga ini ingin menjembatani berbagai pelaku di dunia seni rupa, baik seniman, galeri, kurator, kritikus, penulis, peneliti, akademisi, kolektor, media, dan yang lainya.[3]
