Thrall
Thrall (Bahasa Norse Kuno: þræll), Islandia: þræll , (Bahasa Faroe: trælur), bahasa Norwegia: trell, bahasa Denmark: træl, bahasa Swedia: träl[1] merupakan sebuah istilah untuk budak[2] atau serf di wilayah-wilayah Skandinavia pada Zaman Viking. Istilah yang sesuai dalam Bahasa Inggris Kuno adalah þēow. Status budak (þræll, þēow) berbeda dengan franklin (karl, ceorl) dan bangsawan (jarl, eorl). Terjemahan Bahasa Latin Abad Pertengahan dari istilah tersebut dalam Hukum Jermanik Awal adalah servus.
