Thomas Hartley

Thomas Hartley (7 September 1748 – 21 Desember 1800) adalah seorang pengacara, prajurit dan politikus asal Amerika Serikat. Ia berasal dari York, Pennsylvania.

Biografi sunting

Thomas Hartley lahir di Kotapraja Colebrookdale, Provinsi Pennsylvania. Dalam usia 18 tahun, ia pindah ke York, dimana ia belajar hukum di bawah bimbingan Samuel Johnson dan berpraktek hukum di York County dan pengadilan-pengadilan di Philadelphia pada 1769.^[1]^[2]
