Tawarikh Ulster (bahasa Irlandia: Annála Uladh) adalah sejarah Irlandia pada abad pertengahan. Isinya meliputi tahun-tahun dari 431 M sampai 1540 M. Entri sampai tahun 1489 M dikompilasikan pada akhir abad ke-15 oleh Ruaidhrí Ó Luinín, di bawah naungan Cathal Óg Mac Maghnusa di pulau Belle, Lough Erne, kerajaan Fermanagh. Entri berikutnya (sampai 1540 M) ditambahkan oleh orang lainnya.[1]
