Richard Anderson Falk (lahir 13 November 1930)[1] adalah dosen emeritus hukum internasional di Universitas Princeton, Amerika Serikat.[2] Ia merupakan penulis 20 buku dan penyunting 20 volume buku lainnya.[3] Pada tahun 2008, Dewan Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNHRC) menunjuk sebagai Pelapor Khusus Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa di bidang "situasi hak asasi manusia di wilayah Palestina yang diduduki sejak 1967."[4] Ia pernah dikriik oleh duta besar Amerika Serikat untuk PBB Susan Rice dan Sekretaris Jenderal Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa Ban Ki-moon atas pandangannya mengenai Israel dan serangan 11 September.[5][6]
