Praktik pemakaman Mesir kuno

Bangsa Mesir kuno memiliki serangkaian praktik pemakaman yang mereka yakini dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan keabadian mereka setelah kematian (kehidupan setelah kematian). Upacara dan aturannya meliputi mumifikasi jasad, mengucapkan mantra sihir, dan penguburan dengan barang-barang makam spesifik yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan setelah kematian Mesir.^[1]^[2]
