Perang Burma–Siam (1765–1767) (bahasa Myanmar: ယိုးဒယား-မြန်မာစစ် (၁၇၆၅–၁၇၆၇); bahasa Thai: สงครามคราวเสียกรุงศรีอยุธยาครั้งที่สอง) adalah konflik militer kedua antara Dinasti Konbaung dari Burma (Myanmar) dan Dinasti Ban Phlu Luang dari Siam (Thailand).[1]

Perang ini adalah kelanjutan dari perang 1759–1760.
