Lycée Preah Sisowath (Bahasa Khmer: វិទ្យាល័យព្រះស៊ីសុវត្ថិ, SMA Preah Sisowath) adalah sebuah SMA di Phnom Penh, Kamboja. Sekolah tersebut didirikan pada 1873 sebagai kolese (sekolah menengah) dan menjadi lycée (SMP dan SMA) pada 1933. Nama sekolah tersebut diambil dari nama Raja Sisowath I.
