Jeffrey Thomas Donovan [1] (lahir 11 Mei 1968) adalah aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Dia memerankan Michael Westen dalam serial televisi Burn Notice dan membintangi film-film seperti Hitch, Believe in Me, Changeling dan Come Early Morning. Ia memerankan Robert F. Kennedy di film arahan Clint Eastwood, J. Edgar (2011)[2] dan memerankan saudaranya John F. Kennedy di LBJ arahan Rob Reiner. Dia menjadi peran pendukung di musim kedua serial TV Fargo (2015).
