Karier sunting
Lee Dong-gun memulai debut di dunia hiburan pada tahun 1997 sebagai penyanyi, tetapi ia kemudian memperoleh kepopuleran sebagai aktor, membintangi drama televisi seperti Sweet 18, Lovers in Paris, dan Stained Glass.[3][4]
