'''Tiga Hukum Robot''' ({{lang-en|Three Laws of Robotics}}) dalam genre cerita [[fiksi ilmiah]] adalah tiga buah peraturan yang ditulis oleh [[Isaac Asimov]], yang harus dipatuhi oleh hampir semua [[otak positronik|robot-robot positroniknya]], yang terdapat dalam karya-karya cerita fiksinya. Meskipun dalam berbagai cerita sebelumnya pernah disebutkan secara selintas, Tiga Hukum Robot pertama kali diperkenalkan secara lengkap pada tahun 1942 dalam cerita pendek ''"Runaround"'', yang menyatakan sebagai berikut:
# Robot tidak boleh melukai manusia, atau dengan berdiam diri, membiarkan manusia menjadi celaka (''A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm'').
