Singel keduanya yang berjudul '''White Horse''' dirilis pada bulan November 2008. Singel ketiga dari album ini yang berjudul '''You Belong With Me''' dirilis pada bulan April 2009 ( di U.S.),di Inggris singel ini dirilis pada bulan September 2009. Singel keempat yang berjudul '''Fifteen''' dirilis pada bulan Agustus 2009 untuk diputar, singel ini secara resmi dirilis pada bulan September 2009. '''Fearless''' adalah singel kelima dari album ini yang dirilis pada bulan Januari 2010, singel ini menjadi singel yang menduduki posisi terendah pada ''Billboard'' country chart, musik videonya hanya diisi dengan rekaman tur - turnya. Fearless adalah album pertama dalam sejarah yang pernah menang American Music Award (AMA), Academy of Country Music Award (ACM), Country Music Association Award (CMA), and Grammy Award untuk Album of The Year dalam tahun yang sama yang membuatnya menjadi album yang paling dihargai dalam sejarah dari musik country. Kemenangan Fearless dalam 52nd Annual Grammy Awards untuk kategori Album of The Year membuat Taylor Swift menjadi artis termuda yang pernah memenangkan penghargaan tersebut pada usia 20 tahun.
