Ione Skye
Ione Skye Lee (/aɪˈoʊni/;[2] née Ione Skye Leitch, lahir 4 September 1970)[2][3] adakag Aktris keturunan Inggris-Amerika Serikat. Namanya dikenal sejak bermain pada tahun1989 melalui film Say Anything.... Tahun 2006, VH1 menempatkan dia pada peringkat ke-84 dalam daftar "100 Greatest Teen Stars".[4]

Latar belakang sunting
Skye lahir dengan nama Ione Skye Leitch di Hampstead, London, Inggris, puteri dari penyayi folk/penulis lagu Donovan dan model Enid Karl (née Stulberger). Ayahnya merupakan keturunan Skotlandia dan ibunya keturunan Amerika Serikat-Yahudi yang besar di The Bronx, New York City.[5] Nama pada ruas ke-dua dipungut dari Isle of Skye. Dia merupakan anak perempuan termuda di Camp Freddy singer Donovan Leitch, yang menikahi mantan model Kirsty Hume. Skye besar di Los Angeles, San Francisco, dan Connecticut. Dia menempuh pendidikan di Immaculate Heart High School dan Hollywood High School jurusan seni peran, pada tahun 1987.
Skye memulai debut keaktrisannya melalui film River's Edge tahun1986, mendapatkan peran kecil dalam The Rachel Papers (1989).
