Gaspard de Coligny, seigneur de Châtillon (pelafalan dalam bahasa Prancis: [ɡaspaʁ də kɔliɲi]; 16 February 1519 – 24 August 1572), adalah seorang bangsawan Prancis, Laksamana Prancis, dan pemimpin Huguenot selama Perang Agama Prancis. Ia bertugas di bawah raja François I dan Henri II selama Perang Italia, mencapai ketenaran yang luar biasa, baik karena kemampuan militernya maupun hubungannya dengan pamannya, Anne de Montmorency yang disukai raja. Selama pemerintahan François II ia berpindah keyakinan menjadi seorang Protestan, menjadi bangsawan pendukung terkemuka bagi Reformasi selama awal pemerintahan Charles IX.

Dengan meletusnya perang saudara pada tahun 1562, Coligny bergabung dengan kaum Huguenot dalam perjuangan mereka melawan raja. Ia menjabat sebagai letnan untuk Louis, Pangeran Condé selama dua perang saudara pertama, sebelum menjadi pemimpin de facto upaya militer mereka setelah kematian Condé selama perang saudara ketiga. Karena tuduhan yang dilontarkan kepadanya oleh pembunuh François, Adipati Guise yang beragama Katolik, pada tahun 1563 keluarga Guise yang berkuasa menuduhnya bertanggung jawab atas pembunuhan, dan berupaya mengajukan tuntutan hukum terhadapnya, namun tidak berhasil. Coligny dibunuh pada awal Pembantaian Hari Santo Bartolomeus, pada tahun 1572, atas perintah Henri, Adipati Guise.
