Flavius Aetius (/ˈfleɪviəs eɪˈiːʃiəs/; bahasa Latin: Flavius Aetius pengucapan Latin: [flaːwius a.etius]; 391–454), yang umum disebut Aetius atau Aëtius, adalah seorang jenderal Romawi dari periode akhir Kekaisaran Romawi Barat.
