Charles Henry Churchill

Kolonel Charles Henry Churchill (1807–1869), juga dikenal sebagai "Churchill Bey",^[1]^[2]^[3] adalah seorang perwira tentara dan diplomat Inggris. Ia adalah konsul Inggris di Suriah Utsmaniyah, dan ia membuat rencana politik pertama untuk Zionisme dan pembuatan negara Israel di wilayah Palestina Ottoman.^[4]^[5]
