Karier sunting
Pada tahun 2011 dan 2012, Jay memenangkan AVN Award untuk kategori transgender.[6] Dia juga menjadi pembawa acara podcast The Bailey Jay Show (sebelumnya Bailey Jay Radio) dengan suaminya, fotografer Matthew Terhune, podcast The Trans Witching Hour with Bailey Jay (sebelumnya Gender Coaching with Bailey Jay) yang berhubungan dengan spiritualitas, podcast bertema horor Blood Lust with Bailey Jay dan juga menjadi pembawa acara podcast saran transgender dan transeksualitas Sugar and Spice (sebelumnya Third Gender Radio) dengan Jen Richards dari We Happy Trans.
Pada tahun 2014 ia bekerja sebagai presenter untuk Vice Media di The Jim Norton Show. Dia muncul sebagai co-host di semua empat episode sebelum pembatalan acara.
