Robert Stephen Paul Beekes (Belanda: [ˈbeːkəs]; lahir 2 September 1937 – meninggal 22 September 2017 pada umur 80 tahun),[1] adalah profesor perbandingan linguistik Indo-Eropa di Universitas Leiden. Ia adalah penulis banyak monografi tentang bahasa Proto-Indo-Eropa.
