Sir Richard John Evans, FBA, FRSL, FRHistS (kelahiran 29 September 1947) adalah seorang akademisi dan sejarawan Inggris, yang paling dikenal karena penelitiannya tentang sejarah Jerman pada abad ke-19 dan ke-20, terutama Reich Ketiga. Ia menjadi Profesor Regius Sejarah di Universitas Cambridge sampai 2014, dan saat ini menjadi Presiden Wolfson College dan Provost Gresham College.
