Kapal tempur kelas Richelieu

Kapal tempur kelas Richelieu adalah kelas kapal tempur terbesar milik Prancis, dibuat berdasarkan desain kapal kelas Dunkerque. Kapal ini dibuat untuk menandingi kapal tempur Italia dari kelas Littorio dan kapal tempur Jerman dari kelas Bismarck. Kelas Richelieu memiliki 4 kapal, yaitu Richelieu, Jean Bart, Clemenceau, dan Gascogne, tapi hanya 2 kapal pertama yang berhasil diselesaikan sebelum Prancis kalah dari Jerman. Kedua kapal Richelieu berada di bawah Vichy, bahkan Jean Bart pernah beradu dengan Massachusets sebelum akhirnya kedua kapal beralih ke Sekutu pasca pembebasan Prancis.
