Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc. (lahir 13 Februari 1962) adalah akademisi dan politisi Indonesia yang menjabat Menteri Sekretaris Negara sejak 27 Oktober 2014 hingga 20 Oktober 2019 dan 23 Oktober 2019 hingga sekarang. Sebelumnya ia merupakan rektor Universitas Gadjah Mada.[1] Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai dekan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik UGM. Pada Pilpres 2009 silam, ia mendapat kepercayaan KPU untuk menjadi salah satu pemandu debat calon presiden.
