Pembunuhan di Orient Expres atau Murder on the Orient Express adalah sebuah novel detektif karya Agatha Christie yang menampilkan detektif Belgia Hercule Poirot. Karya tersebut pertama kali diterbitkan di Britania Raya oleh Collins Crime Club pada 1 Januari 1934.[1] Di Amerika Serikat, karya tersebut diterbitkan pada 28 Februari 1934,[2][3] dengan judul Murder in the Calais Coach, oleh Dodd, Mead and Company.[4][5] Edisi Inggrisnya dihargai tujuh shilling dan sixpence (7/6)[6] and the U.S. edition at $2.00.[5]

Judul AS Murder in the Calais Coach dipakai untuk menghindari kemiripan judul dengan novel Graham Greene tahun 1932 Stamboul Train yang diterbitkan di Amerika Serikat dengan judul Orient Express.[7]
