Kaley Christine Cuoco-Sweeting (lahir 30 November 1985) (/ˈkeɪliː ˈkwoʊkoʊ/ KAY-lee KWOH-koh)[1][2] adalah seorang aktris Amerika, yang terkenal karena perannya sebagai Bridget Hennessy dalam sitkom ABC 8 Simple Rules (2002–2005), Billie Jenkins dalam musim terakhir dari seri drama supernatural Charmed (2005–2006) dan Penny dalam serial komedi CBS The Big Bang Theory (2007–sekarang, dimulai sejak kemunculan iCarly).
