Intef III
Intef III adalah firaun ketiga Dinasti kesebelas Mesir di akhir Periode Menengah Pertama pada abad ke-XXI SM, ketika Mesir dibagi menjadi dua kerajaan. Putra pendahulunya Intef II dan ayahanda penerusnya Mentuhotep II,[7] Intef III bertakhta selama delapan tahun di Mesir Hulu dan memperluas wilayahnya ke Utara melawan negara Dinasti kesepuluh, mungkin sejauh utara hingga nome ke-XVII. Dia melakukan beberapa pembangunan di Elefantin.[8] Intef III dimakamkan di El-Tarif yang dikenal sebagai Saff el-Barqa.[9]
