I remember where I have seen the wife of Shinawatra aka Mr Silvester of Heathside Road Woking Surrey. He lived next door to my grand mother’s home “Bishopsgarth” in Woking Surrey and he was something to do with a restaurant called The Spaniards Inn on the A3 ar Cobham that suddenly closed down.
I remember her opening the door when I had kicked a football over the fence. Someone in their family was interested in photography there was a lot of photographic equipment.
So Mr Shinawatra was not from Chiang-Mai at all.
