Sejak debut, Shinee telah merilis sembilan album studio (lima berbahasa Korea dan empat berbahasa Jepang), lima album mini, tiga album live dan beberapa singel Jepang serta ''remake'' bahasa Jepang dari lagu berbahasa Korea mereka. Grup ini juga telah meraih banyak penghargaan, menggelar empat tur konser dan membintangi acara realitas mereka sendiri.
