Carl Friedrich Goerdeler (31 Juli 1884 – 2 Februari 1945) adalah seorang politikus monarkis konservatif, eksekutif, ekonom, PNS dan lawan rezim Nazi. Ia aktif menentang kebijakan anti-Yahudi Nazi saat ia menjabat dan menentang Holokaus.
