Angkatan Udara Kedua Puluh

Angkatan Udara Kedua Puluh (Inggris: Twentieth Air Force, 20 AF) adalah sebuah angkatan udara bernomor dari Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC, Komando Serangan Global Angkatan Udara) Amerika Serikat. Ini bermarkas besar di Pangkalan Angkatan Udara Francis E. Warren, Wyoming.

Misi utama 20 AF adalah operasi-operasi Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM, Misil Balistik Antar-Benua). Komandan Twentieth Air Force juga merupakan Komandan, Task Force 214 (TF 214), yang menyediakan ICBM kepada United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM, Komandan Strategis Amerika Serikat).
