Andre Gunder Frank (24 Februari 1929 – 23 April 2005) adalah sejarawan ekonomi dan sosiolog Jerman-Amerika yang memperkenalkan teori ketergantungan pada tahun 1970 dan teori sistem dunia tahun 1984. Ia menerapkan sejumlah konsep Marxis pada ekonomi politik, tetapi menolak konsep tahap sejarah dan sejarah ekonomi Marx.
