V382 Carinae, juga dikenal sebagai x Carinae (x Car), adalah bintang hyper raksasa kuning di konstelasi Carina. V382 Carinae adalah bintang tipe-G dengan magnitudo tampak rata-rata +3,93, dan bintang variabel dengan amplitudo rendah.

V382 Carinae adalah Bintang hyper raksasa kuning paling terang di langit malam, mudah terlihat dengan mata telanjang dan lebih terang dari Rho Cassiopeiae meskipun tidak terlihat dari sebagian besar belahan bumi utara. Jaraknya 6.200 tahun cahaya dari Bumi dan sekitar 500 kali radius Matahari. Karena ukurannya yang Sangat besar, V382 Carinae memiliki luminositas 200.000. Kelebihan inframerah rendah menunjukkan bahwa V382 Carinae mungkin mendingin menuju fase super raksasa merah, hal ini Sangat jarang karena kebanyakan hyper raksasa kuning berkembang menjadi lebih panas.[10][11]
