Udarnik

Udarnik (bahasa Rusia: уда́рник; IPA: [ʊˈdarnʲɪk]; jamak Inggris udarniks atau udarniki), juga dikenal sebagai tenaga kerja kejut^[1] atau tenaga kerja tempur (secara kolektif dikenal sebagai brigade kejut^[2] atau tim buruh kejut^[3]) adalah seorang tenaga kerja yang sangat produktif di Uni Soviet, Blok Timur dan negara-negara komunis lainnya. Istilah tersebut berasal dari istilah "udarny trud" yang artinya "buruh antusias, superproduktif".^[4]
