Ronald David Laing (7 Oktober 1927 – 23 Agustus 1989), biasanya disebut sebagai R. D. Laing, adalah seorang psikiater asal Skotlandia yang banyak menulis tentang penyakit mental, khususnya pengalaman psikosis.

Kehidupan awal sunting
Ronald David Laing lahir di Govanhill distrik Glasgow pada tanggal 7 Oktober 1927. Ia adalah anak tunggal dari pasangan David Park MacNair Laing dan Amelia Glen Laing (née Kirkwood).[1]
