Mullah Norullah Noori (bahasa Pashtun: نورالله نوري [nʊrʊˈlɑ nʊˈri]; kelahiran 1967) adalah Menteri Urusan Perbatasan dan Kesukuan Keamiran Islam Afganistan saat ini sejak 7 September 2021.[1] Ia juga menjadi Gubernur Provinsi Balkh pada masa pemerintahan pertama Taliban (1996–2001).[2][3][4][5][6] Norullah Noori menjalani lebih dari 12 tahun dalam penahanan ekstrayudisial di kamp penahanan Guantanamo Bay milik Amerika Serikat yang berada di Kuba.[7] Noori dibebaskan dari kamp penahanan tersebut pada 31 Mei 2014, dalam pertukaran tahanan yang melibatkan Bowe Bergdahl dan Lima Taliban, dan diterbangkan ke Qatar.[8]
