Masjid Suleiman Rodos (bahasa Yunani: Σουλεϊμάν Ρόδος Τζαμί) (bahasa Turki: Süleyman Rodos Camii) adalah sebuah masjid peninggalan Kesultanan Utsmaniyah yang berada di Pulau Rodos, kota Rodos, Provinsi Aegea Selatan, Yunani. Masjid ini dibangun pada tahun 1522 dan dinamai berdasarkan Süleyman I, seseorang yang menyusun undang-undang periode Ottoman.

Kemudian pada tahun 1808 masjid ini direkonstruksi untuk pertama kalinya.^[1] Dinding temboknya diganti menjadi warna merah jambu, yang semula bewarna putih. Sebagian besar masjid direkonstruksi menggunakan bahan bangunan yang ada di tempat yang sama pada periode sebelumnya. Pilar-pilar arkade masjid ini berasal dari sumbangan milik gereja Kristen.^[2]
